Spazio Superdog offers safe, quiet spaces in an air-conditioned and supervised centre, where they can play with the other dogs and move around freely with the support of professional, qualified dog trainers that will take your dogs out for long walks in the green areas near our daycare, giving the dogs their full attention and fulfilling the needs of the dogs, specifically in regards to their age and their character

At our daycare, your dogs will receive the same attention and care that you, their owner, would give them.

At Spazio Superdog, we will help you to prevent and handle behavioural problems that could emerge if your dog were to be left alone at home. The socialisation activities and physical exercises that we offer are a way to relieve the stress of loneliness, helping your dog to stay active and calm. A dog that spends too much time alone may feel neglected, which could end up influencing their physical and emotional wellbeing. With us, your dog will have everything they need to feel loved and involved. They will be treated with love, care and respect. Team of professionals and the company (always under surveillance) of other dogs will help your dog forget the sadness of being away from you

Our daycare offers, a part from the commodity of a doggy daycare in the centre of Milan, the possibility, when you can’t keep your furry friend with you, to take advantage of a service of dog kennels, a safe place where you can leave your dog in a clean, airconditioned space that is under surveillence 24/7.

Because your dog needs to socialise with other dogs, under the control of professional dog trainers, in order to grow up healthy, without being afraid as well as giving them an opportunity to do physical activities to maximise their energy. We guarantee a walk of over two hours a day in surveillenced dog parks.

What is the purpose of dog surveillence?

A properly socialised dog is normally more calm. Your dog will learn to live with other dogs of different breeds and sizes, to stop barking at everything or to stop hiding when they meet other dogs.

Every day in our daycare is thought out to make sure that your dog goes home happy, satisfied and enriched.

The day

L’ospitalità

In base alla valutazione effettuata dal personale nella fase di inserimento, e al tipo di servizio richiesto durante la giornata i cani vengono raggruppati nell’area di socializzazione di 40mq per l’asilo e/o in salottini dedicati per la pensione o su richiesta, facendo attenzione alla compatibilità e alle simpatie di ognuno.

Una volta individuato un gruppo di cani compatibili e propensi a giocare insieme si cercherà di mantenere il raggruppamento migliore.

DI cani passeranno la giornata tra uscite e area di socializzazione. Se richiesto dai proprietari potranno anche stare in salottini dedicati, con capienza da 1 a massimo 4 cani.

La struttura è inoltre dotata di un’area riservata dedicata ai cani che devono essere tenuti isolati, ad esempio durante un periodo post-operatorio.

Le passeggiate

Durante la giornata tutti i nostri ospiti vengono portati a passeggio dalle 2 alle 4 volte al giorno a seconda della razza e del carattere, della durata della permanenza e del clima.

Le due principali passeggiate, effettuate da due addestratori con gruppi di 4 o 6 cani, hanno una durata di circa un’ora e prevedono, a meno di indicazioni contrarie, la permanenza in una delle due aree cani della zona, sotto lo stretto controllo dei collaboratori.
Su richiesta dei proprietari è possibile prevedere anche passeggiate senza permanenza in area cani.

La socializzazione

La struttura è dotata di un ampio spazio climatizzato di circa 40 mq, dove responsabili qualificati sorveglieranno e coordineranno i momenti di gioco, di educazione e di socializzazione tra i cani.

I pasti

Durante la giornata prepariamo a tutti i nostri ospiti i pasti, utilizzando il cibo fornito dai proprietari, in modo da non variare la dieta durante il soggiorno.

Tutti i cani vengono nutriti separatamente l’uno dall’altro in aree dedicate e sorvegliate, in modo da evitare motivi di tensione tra gli ospiti.

Cure e farmaci

Qualora i cani ospitati necessitassero di somministrazione di farmaci o particolari cure, il nostro staff sarà felice di seguire con attenzione le prescrizioni lasciate dal veterinario.

Pausa pomeridiana

Dalle 12.30 alle 14.30 la reception della struttura chiude per permettere la nutrizione degli o animali e un riposino, sempre sorvegliati dal personale.

Il pernottamento

Durante la notte è sempre presente un responsabile che sorveglia i cani durante il riposo ed interviene in caso di necessità.

The rules

The daycare has a few simple rules!

To be able to access the daycare, it is OBLIGATORY to hold and introductory meeting. This assessment will allow us to understand if your dog is suited for the daycare environment and evaluate together how to proceed and whether or not your dog will need the support of an educator before being able to regularly attend the daycare.
These assessments are carried out ON APPOINTMENT writing an email to info@superdog.space or a whatsapp at +39 3407713425 from monday to friday between 18:00 and 20:00.

The cost of the assessment is usually 30€, that will be deducted from the first entry of the following month.

After the assessment, it will be vital to send photographs via whatsapp at +39 3407713425 of:
-The owner’s ID
-The health booklet page with barcode/microchip number
-The vaccination booklet page
-Dog registry registration

Once your dog is registered, the reservations can be made online via the client area by 18:00 of the evening prior to the dog’s entry.

If it were necessary to cancell a reservation, you can do so by whatsapp or via the phone at +39 3407713425. For logistic and organisational reasons we do not accept cancellations with less than 24h notice.
